Westheimer session description
Sheena’s workshop invites participants to rebuild trust in their own perception, intuition, and ability to feel present and safe in their bodies. Through Indigenous Plant Listening, participants practice sensory awareness and reconnect with themselves and plants as living relatives that carry medicine and knowledge. Sheena introduces a four-step framework for creating everyday rituals that support healing, transformation, and embodied awareness. Participants then create a personalized ritual tea, accompanied by wildflower seed paper, transforming their intentions into something tangible that they can take home, plant, and continue to nurture. Sheena has facilitated many workshops and is comfortable sharing her lived experience as a justice-impacted artist.
